Welcome to New Zealand.
Day 1 on our 7 Day South Island Snow Safari Tour Itinerary takes us from the Garden City, Christchurch, south to Mt Hutt. With a reputation for some of the driest powder in the country, Mt Hutt will please beginners and seasoned skiiers and boarders alike.
Day 2 takes us from Mt Hutt to the hidden gem, Ohau. With a high point of almost 2,000 metres, and a vertical fall of 400 metres, Ohau provides thrills for all. In the evening we head to Wanaka, ready for day 3.
Day 3 takes us to one of the most spectacular ski fields in the world. Perched high above Lake Wanaka, the views from Treble Cone will blow you away. With the largest field in the South Island and New Zealand's fastest quad lift, Treble Cone offers hours of thrills for skiiers and boarders of all skill levels.
Day 4 - Cardrona. With a wide range of runs and dry natural cover, Cardrona is one of New Zealand's most popular fields, and attracts over 20 events throughout the year. Wide open runs and great variety make this a favorite.
Day 5 and we head over the Crown Range to New Zealand's Adventure Capital, Queenstown. Today gives you a chance to relax, or to try one some of the dozens of optional activities available in this stunning resort town. Of course you can continue to ski (lift pass not included for this day) or even try the insane heli skiing option.
Day 6 and the wide open spaces of New Zealand's oldest field, Coronet Peak await. With an awesome variety of runs and some of the best facilities in the country, Coronet Peak is sure to satisfy. Combine all of this with amazing views over Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu, and you have the perfect skiing experience.
Day 7 - The Remarkables is Queenstown's highest field at 1,935 metres. Great views, a huge variety of runs, including the memorable "Homeward Bound" make this an experience to remember. Mid afternoon we head back to Christchurch, arriving around 10.30 pm.
